Each session is intuitively guided and completely unique. We may uncover emotions held in the body, release outdated energy patterns, or receive insight from your higher self and spiritual guides. Clients often feel lighter, more centered, and experience a renewed sense of clarity and purpose afterward. 

While I can often connect with loved ones who have passed, it’s important to understand that specific connections can't be guaranteed. Spirit communicates based on what is most needed for your healing and growth. At times, other departed loved ones may come forward with messages meant to offer comfort, guidance, or closure—even if they weren’t the ones you expected. 

Signs of energetic and emotional blocks can show up in many ways—feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, constantly fatigued, anxious, or even experiencing physical pain or tension. If you’ve been struggling to move forward or your body feels out of balance without a clear reason, energy clearing can help release what’s holding you back and support your healing on all levels. 

 Each reading is unique, but you may experience communication from loved ones who have passed, spiritual guidance, clarity around current life situations, and insight into future possibilities. Every session is guided by what you most need in that moment. 

Absolutely! I encourage questions—this is your time for clarity, comfort, and connection. 

Please be in a quiet, distraction-free space. Turn off background noise (TV, music) and minimize interruptions so we can focus fully on your reading.

Most clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Some may experience an emotional release or need time to integrate the healing. It’s always a good idea to drink water, rest, and give yourself space afterward. 

Sessions are non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll find a new time that works for both of us.
